1. User Conduct
You agree to use the Sevuna Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to:
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Sevuna and other users of the Platform;

- Not to use the Platform to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

- Not to use the Sevuna Platform to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;

- Not to use the Sevuna Platform to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform, or any servers or networks connected to the Platform;

- Not to use the Platform to collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.

Sevuna reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any other conduct that Sevuna deems to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

2. MembershipTo access certain content on the Sevuna Platform, you may be required to purchase a membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your membership, including any applicable taxes. Sevuna reserves the right to modify its membership fees at any time.
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your membership before the end of the current subscription period. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Sevuna customer service.

3. Course EnrollmentTo enroll in a course on the Career Learning Center, you may be required to pay a fixed price per course. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with that course, including any applicable taxes. Sevuna reserves the right to modify its course fees at any time.

4. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Sevuna Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sevuna or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Platform without Sevuna's express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Sevuna Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sevuna disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Sevuna does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of LiabilitySevuna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability. In no event shall Sevuna's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for your membership or course enrollment.

7. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sevuna, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your useof the Sevuna  Platform, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

8. Modification and Termination

Sevuna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Sevuna may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Sevuna  Platform after the posting of any modified Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sevuna regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
