Chaya Fischman, a seasoned entrepreneur, embarked on her career as a young graphic designer with the modest goal of making ends meet. Since her first hire in 2013, she has diligently built a team of over 20 talented women. When faced with significant business decisions, Chaya initially leaned on her instincts and best judgment. However, she soon realized that it was not enough to get her to the next level and achieve the necessary pace of growth. Investing in personal coaching became a cornerstone for Chaya's flourishing business.

Pam Sherr

Pam, armed with a communications degree from Syracuse University, began her career in advertising. In 2006, she launched Binah magazine, dedicating seven years as Operations Manager and Executive Editor. Her impactful journey continued as the Director of Operations at Ohr Naava, collaborating with Rabbi Zecharia Wallerstein, zt”l.

Pam's pivotal role as COO in Sevuna involves acquiring and vetting presenters, collaborating on compelling topics, developing presenters' curriculum and talking points, overseeing content filming, and managing and directing the editing process and website. Her passion and dedication ensure seamless project execution, making her an invaluable asset in every endeavor.
